MYP V National Trip to Islamabad

Our MYP V students recently embarked on a memorable journey to the lively city of Islamabad and a day trip to the Murree Hills. The trip was filled with adventure, exploration, and moments of camaraderie that will be cherished forever. Starting with a scenic bus ride, the students enjoyed the beauty of nature and the excitement of the upcoming adventures. The first day was packed with exhilarating activities and fun-filled rides and games in Lake View Park Islamabad. Day 2 was spent exploring lush mountain trails at Ayubia with breathtaking panoramic views followed by lunch at Pearl Continental Hotel Bhurban and dinner around a cozy bonfire at Maisonette Firhill Resort Murree.

On Day 3, students experienced the rich cultural heritage and iconic landmarks of Islamabad, including the Lok Virsa Heritage Museum and the majestic Faisal Mosque, deepening their appreciation for history, religion and tradition. Throughout the trip, laughter and friendship flourished, making every moment special. The journey was not just about discovering new places but also about building lasting memories, strengthening bonds, and embracing the joy of shared experiences outside the classroom. It was a perfect blend of nature, culture, and adventure—a truly enriching escape that the students will carry with them forever!

MYP III-IV Annual Play

Our school proudly presented a comedy that revived the timeless humor of the 1970s to the early 2000s. Inspired by the iconic characters from Imtiaz Ali Taj’s classic 1939 radio play Kamra #5, this production masterfully blended theatrical storytelling with thoughtful social commentary. Celebrating the richness of the Urdu language, it encouraged students to deepen their personal and cultural expression while engaging with an important piece of literary heritage.
Under the direction of the talented Ali Qureshi, our dynamic cast of MYP III and IV students delivered remarkable performances with infectious energy and comedic flair.

The production was further elevated by an exceptional student team, including the sound and lighting crew, makeup and costume team, props and set design group, and media team, all of whom demonstrated outstanding skill and creativity.
With two performances—one for students and another for parents—the play emerged as an overwhelming triumph, earning thunderous applause and multiple standing ovations. Kamra #5 was more than a theatrical performance; it was a celebration of imagination, collaboration, and the unifying power of the arts.
Congratulations to everyone who made this production truly unforgettable!

The quality and depth of understanding exhibited by the students was exceptional. A Special mention to the Global Metropolis theme, designed with augmented Reality and projection mapping with live QR codes to experience the new immersive age.
